By accessing or using the Oasis World website and services, including browsing the store or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About Oasis World
Oasis World is a Minecraft game server platform accessible at play.oasisworld.net. Through our website at oasisworld.net, players can browse and purchase in-game ranks, cosmetics, and other digital items for use on the Oasis World Minecraft server.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services or make a purchase.
If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent to use our services and make purchases.
By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Store Access
3.1 How Access Works
There is no account registration required to use our store. To browse and purchase items, you simply enter your Minecraft username at the store. Your username is used to identify you, verify your player status on our server, and deliver purchased items to your Minecraft account.
You agree to enter only your own, legitimate Minecraft username. Entering a username that does not belong to you in order to receive items on another player's account, circumvent restrictions, or for any other fraudulent purpose is prohibited.
3.2 One Username Per Purchase
Purchases are tied to the Minecraft username provided at checkout. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrectly entered username.
3.3 Fair Use
You may not attempt to abuse the store, promotional codes, or any other features by using multiple usernames or any other method to gain unfair advantages.
4. The Store & Purchases
4.1 Digital Items
Our store sells digital in-game items (ranks, cosmetics, and similar goods) for use on the Oasis World Minecraft server. These items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for real money.
4.2 Payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers, currently Stripe and Xsolla. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the applicable terms of those providers. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
4.3 Currency
Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported. The final amount charged may be converted by your payment provider. All transactions are confirmed at checkout before payment is taken.
4.4 Promotional Codes
Promo codes may be offered from time to time. Codes have expiry dates, usage limits, and may be restricted to specific products or categories. Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, and have no cash value.
4.5 Gifting
You may purchase items as a gift for another player. You are responsible for providing a valid Minecraft username for the recipient. Gift subscriptions are time-limited as displayed at checkout.
4.6 Subscriptions
Some products are offered on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges are made.
4.7 Refund Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
If you experience a technical issue, such as a payment being charged but the item not being delivered to your Minecraft account, please open a Support Ticket in our Discord server and our team will investigate and resolve the problem manually. We will not leave you without the item you paid for in the event of a genuine technical failure.
5. In-Game Rules
Your access to in-game items delivered through the store is subject to compliance with our in-game rules. We reserve the right to remove in-game benefits, without refund, if you are found to have violated our server rules.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or underlying systems.
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the website in ways that exceed normal player usage.
Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades the performance of our services for other users.
Impersonate other users, staff members, or Oasis World personnel.
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Oasis World or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates third-party services. Use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies:
Stripe: payment processing
Xsolla: payment processing
Discord: community hub and announcements
Cloudflare: DDoS protection, traffic security, and anti-bot measures
IONOS: domain registration and hosting infrastructure
We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oasis World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
11. Suspension of Access
We reserve the right to restrict, block, or permanently deny store access to any Minecraft username at our discretion, including if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse promotions, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our platform and community. Upon such action, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
13. Governing Law
