Terms of Service for Oasis World

Welcome to Oasis World. We want everyone to have a fun and safe experience on our network. To keep things running smoothly, we have established these Terms of Service.
By connecting to the Oasis World Minecraft server, registering on our website, or joining our Discord, you agree to follow the rules outlined below. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Community Conduct & Expectations
Oasis World is a private community, and playing here is a privilege. We expect all players to treat each other with respect. You agree that you will not use unauthorized client modifications, cheats, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage.
Our staff team reserves the right to evaluate player behavior and take action. We may mute, kick, or ban your account from the network at any time if we determine that you have violated our community guidelines or disrupted the experience for others.
2. Account Responsibility
You are entirely responsible for the security of your Minecraft account and your Oasis World session. If you share your account with a friend or family member and they break our rules, your account will still face the consequences. We will not unban an account just because someone else was playing on it at the time. Please keep your passwords and login details completely private.
3. Purchases, Virtual Goods & Refund Policy
Oasis World may offer virtual ranks, cosmetics, virtual currency, and other in-game benefits through its web store. The following conditions apply to purchases, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Virtual Goods: All items purchased through the store are digital products or services intended for use within the Oasis World network. They have no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for real-world money, except where required by applicable law.
Refunds and Right of Withdrawal: Purchases are subject to applicable statutory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal where applicable and legal remedies for products or services that are not delivered, are incorrectly delivered, or do not conform to the contract. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Immediate Digital Delivery: Where permitted by law, the right of withdrawal for digital content supplied without a physical medium may be lost once delivery begins, provided the customer has given prior express consent to begin delivery during the withdrawal period, acknowledged the resulting loss of that right, and received the legally required confirmation. Different rules may apply to digital services and other types of purchases.
Refund Requests: Customers experiencing payment issues, duplicate charges, failed delivery, or other purchase-related problems should contact our support team at [email protected] and provide their order reference and relevant details. Oasis World will investigate the issue and provide any refund or other remedy required by applicable law. Contacting support does not restrict a customer's statutory rights.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks: Customers are encouraged to contact our support team to resolve purchase issues where possible. However, customers retain their rights to pursue legitimate payment disputes and statutory remedies. Oasis World may investigate suspected fraudulent transactions and take proportionate action against confirmed abuse, where permitted by applicable law. A payment dispute alone will not automatically result in a permanent ban.
Changes to Virtual Goods and In-Game Benefits: Oasis World may make changes to its network, gameplay systems, and in-game benefits for legitimate operational, technical, security, legal, or balancing reasons, subject to applicable law. Where changes to paid digital content or services trigger mandatory consumer rights, those rights remain unaffected. Nothing in these Terms authorizes the arbitrary removal of purchased benefits in violation of applicable law.
4. Minecraft EULA Compliance
Oasis World is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Mojang AB or Microsoft. We operate in compliance with the official Minecraft End User License Agreement. By playing on Oasis World, you also agree to the official terms set by Mojang AB.
5. User‑Generated Content
When you play on our server, you will create things like chat messages, voice communications, and in‑game builds. You grant Oasis World the right to store, display, and moderate this content. We reserve the right to delete any in‑game builds or wipe player data if it violates our rules, contains offensive material, or is necessary for a server reset.
